basic v3.5.3.82 won't run in windows 11

Hi,

downloaded the latest version and installed in windows 11. Tried to run the application and nothing happens. I looked in the windows logs and it says the application crashed.

uninstall / reinstall / reboot / etc and nothing works. Windows 11 is patched, up to date, no errors, etc.

Would appreciate help

I use Windows pro 10. Latest version. No problem with installing. But no freq. is accepted. (all freq. are ignored: are not valid floating point values)

1. Check file FrequencyDat.txt in in the program directory. The decimal separator there should be a dot.
  *By the way, you can manually change the frequencies in this file to the ones you are most comfortable with.
2. Check what is set as the decimal separator in your operating system.  Click on Start, start typing Control Pane, select it, and go to Region. Click Additional Settings.  In Decimal Symbol select , (comma).
